Yeah, good point.It's like...
Z-bot:We can't hide forever.
Another Z-bot:They are getting control...*shakes*Run while you can!
*Z-bots attack them*
Not funny or anything, but sounds fitting, I guess.

If MS releases POTZ, will MS give POTZ editor with the demo download or only if we purchase it?
Posted: Thu Dec 02, 2010 11:11 am
by ^_^
I think it will be free, unless it will be somehow like plantinum RTW.

RTWP is a set of levels and editor. But POTZ is like a quest game

My guess is that it would be a download like the WA editor.Or mabye just a new vergon of the WAe.

Isn't the most recent "official"WAE download only v0.96? So what will the POTZ editor be? 1.0 because it's the complete editor, or 3.0 because it's WA3?

Probaly 1.0.I'm pretty shure 3.0 would be mean that it is the 3rd "Verjon"(like RTW platnum).

Yeah, but even though the MOFI editor is unofficial, if Patrick decides to make it official (since he didn't say anything about it being hacked), then the MOFI editor would probably be v2.0.

True.

I'm pretty sure the MOFI editor would have been considered "official"; it just wasn't released to the public. At the moment the closest thing any normal user can get to the MOFI editor at the moment is by emulating the MOFI editor through hacked editors and such.

EMULATION_OF_MOFIEDITOR.nds = ROM of the closest thing we have to public MOFI EDITOR.
BTW, all of MS's games should be released on a console like the DS or Wii or something. Though I don't have an xbox, that would be a start becasue... Xbox is the closest to a PC.
BTW, if i write "teh" outside of quotes, it's likley a typo. Almost did that a second ago.

I am scared about this.
MS doesn't answer for a loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong time.
I don't want to be rude or something, but what is his age??
On YT it says he's 103...

D-Man is right, it would be realy cool if you could bet it on Wii or DS. probalyy would be pretty hasrd for MS, though, and his hands are pretty full right now.

Wii would be the best bet. ideal controls:
w/o nunchuck:
A Button = Left click
B Button = Right Click
+ button = ESC
D-Pad = Arrow Keys
W/ Nunchuck:
A Button = Left click
B Button = Right Click
+ button = ESC
D-Pad and joystick on nunchuck = Arrow Keys

Classic wuld be good on Wii and DS.Here are my ideas:
Wii(Remote held sideways)
D-pad:Arrow keys
1:Enter
2:Esc
DS
D-pad:Arrow keys
1/2:Any of the 4 buttons

Classic would not work with WA. It requires the Mouse or the wii pointer or DS stylus.
Classic Wonderland WON'T EVEN work with the mouse, though.

Seriously, don't. He hasn't forgotten, so we just have to be patient.

Well, if MS is taking a lot of time, MS must be testing the game

NO.[/hotelmario]
Just no, i mean, he maybe works on new map, textures, areas, models, and moar stuff like that.
Also he may be thinking about a good place for new screenshot(s).
PS:I put s in ()'s because we should already have the screenshots that weren't posted.

Looking for good screenshots you say, then MS may put a whole picture gallery of WA3 or MS may be constructing the editor now. (MS uses own editor for making POTZ)

Some things MS said in WA2's production:
The third game - as planned right now - actually starts just moments after the end of the second... hmm, what could that mean???
I'm sure we'll get back to the creep. I have an idea of how it could fit into the planned Episode 3 storyline, but I'm not sure I'm going to go with that.
Also, I'm hoping for three things...
1. This designer test is the same as last years:
"To showcase your level creation skills to us, here is what you need to submit for consideration:
Send us a single adventure to midnight@midnightsynergy.com (In *.wa2 format) before the end of April (so don't rush, there’s lots of time). Make your subject line "WA:MOFI".
You can submit a brand new adventure or one that you’ve already posted online (and you may post your adventure online first, to obtain user feedback before submitting to us).
You need to submit a solution along with your adventure. This could be typed, a series of illustrations, a video capture, etc.
You also must have access to a Paypal account in order to receive payment, should you become an official level designer for WA:MOFI. (If you are under 13 years of age, we will also need your parent’s permission before finalizing - but this is not something you need to do right now.)"
2. Greedeemart (assuming I get it done in time) gets picked despite being the first in a series and only having three challenges (for plot reasons).
3. I actually get parental permission to submit my full name in the first place.

MS gave quite a bit of info in issue 22 of the MP. So, there will be at least 3 planets!

Here is a link to that page:
