I think I know who that person is. Since Sammy_P said he was registered on MarioWiki, and JCM said "He thinks he's doing this on behalf of a wiki I moderate", I decided to go to MarioWiki to see if there is a user called JCM, and there is.

The MST3K parody at the WUW just bugs me.

No one swears on WonderWiki. There has been no swearing. There has inappropriately been a few swears in the history of this forum, and that has rightfully been removed instantly.

I know this pretty much died two weeks ago, but this post made me think. Especially since Sammy_P said something a long-ish time ago (enough for me to forget exactly what it was) which made me wonder about his household/parents/ect.

The same thing happened to me personally by a member of the forums, and someone told me he had mental problems. Not telling who he is, just that he is mature most of the times.
