Help!!!! W4 L1.

I am tearing my hair out!!!!!!!!!
This level has me stumped, I've completed it but cannot gain access to the wee note!
Thought all I had to do was blow up the kegs, HAH!
I'm assuming that access can be gained at this stage.
Please, somebody put me out of my misery!
Incidentally, I have all worlds unlocked, just wondered how many of you
have also done this.

I still haven't, although I've started playing some levels within the same world out of order, and once or twice I've been really tempted to unlock.

You need to use the boulders differently to access the note. Either play the level or get the note - you pays your money and takes your choice!

Really? You CAN'T get the note AND play the level? Well, that's just crazy! I've been going back to this level over and over trying to figure out what I was doing wrong because I couldn't believe this was the case, although it seemed to be. Hmmm, that just doesn't seem fair.
Any other levels where this is true?
