You have to time your moves correctly. So that UFO would shoot the boxes below, not you.
P.S. And it doens't matter if you do it in multiple goes.

If you will go right as the UFO shoots you will get unharmed. It's only a bit harder to do than passing UFOs without any shot being fired.

I've made the video, but can't upload as Google's web uploader doesn't take files over 100 MB (mine is over 400 MB!) and the desktop uploader somehow ceases to login even if I enter the correct password.

BTW, I hate videorecording hard-timing tricks because the only freeware Wonderland-compatible recorder I could find slightly screws up the game timing, and is in fact the cause of big time of this video.
