I'm almost done with the sewers, just this level is killing me. I know I have to jump from trunk to trunk, but in which order ?

Do you mean the level with a bunch of water and a lot of little collapsable islands? If so,
highlight for spoilers:You need to jump across to the farthest platforms you can to be efficient and save blink uses.

Start your blinks toward the left side when going over the water.
