I can not figure out how to get the purple key that Morklin is giving me it is across the water HELP.

That's odd. Can you post a screen shot of where the key is in relation to you?

I do not know how to do a screen shot

For a screen shot, get the view you want, then press Alt and Print Screen. The picture will be saved. Got to Paint or similar program, click on edit, then paste. The picture should appear on the screen. Save the picture to a space or folder so that you can get it later. I usually save it to my desktop. When you post, go to the bottom where it says attachment, browse and find the picture file and click attachment.

Are you close to the beginning of the game? Do you have any rainbow shards besides the Orange one you found? If so, go around to your right and you will eventually run into Morklin. If not, it looks like a glitch in your game. Can you open a previous saved game and try again? You might want to reboot your computer first.

I have 4 shards and Wysp came and got me to go back to Morklin and he said used the key to get where I need to go and I can't

Then I would reboot your computer and load a previous save. Very strange indeed! Hopefully, this will solve your problem.
