how to get the four keys which blocked by rows of boxes

Let's say that boxes are left to right from 1 to 4, the bottom row is row 1, the empty row is row 2, the upper row is row 3.
If I remember correctly, the solution is:

Row 1, box 1: up
Row 1, box 3: up
Row 1, box 2: right
Row 2, box 2: right

Should be easy from there.
