Turtle Power

I am stuck on this.I can get one turtle into the water and then get across and get about 4 in the next body of water. But I need more. Help

The 4 turtles have to go to the right water to make a bridge for you.
Stand above left from the water, and till all the turtles are in the water to move on.
Still have a problem with this one?

Before I made this video, there hasn't been a written solution made by anyone. (it's hard to tell what you have to do, you know)
