I've been trying this one on and off since you posted it Matt, but I'm not even fast enough to rescue all the boxes at the start, so I can't get all the bonus coins.
I even start when the screen is dark and I still can't get all the boxes in time.
I got discouraged by this but I carried on, then kept getting killed in different bits. Haven't yet managed to complete it.
It's huge and difficult which may be why you haven't had replies.
