The Wonderland Board

What seems like months ago, I came across the guy/wizard? that says I can now go back in time to re-do adventures etc. Now that I have got all the shards, I want to go back but I cannot remember who it was/ where to go/ what to do. Help!

He is standing outside of the front of his house on the right side of IN town.

From the marketplace with the fountain, go North to the next area, over the bridge and first right. He's standing outside his house at the end of the path.
