The Wonderland Board

Redoing the game, doesn't take me long to get stuck, but I couldn't get these the 1st time and still can't.

How do you get to the coins?

When you open the green gate in the sewers, you can go up and down.
When you go up, you'll enter a room with 2 levels AND still 1 red arrow up.
In your picture, you enter the area where the red arrow is showing up.
But I can't remember that the transporter in the middle of the path AND that there is no floor left to stand in line with that transporter.
I've just played also a new game. I'm just past the sewers. I'd done everything by now.
Here you should blink on the transporter and ride to the gems and coins.

Someone else had the same problem and it's all in how you used the translporters. I made a screen shot that's there too. Basically, jusdginy by your screen shot, you can't blink to that transporter now or to the island (even using the blink through wallls glitch), so my best guess is those coins and gems are lost to you.
