Has anyone had trouble getting the star from the sunscreen guy?
I printed out the list of stars and went step by step down the list
going through the game just to make sure I didn't skip any levels.
When it came time to get the star from him. He was stingy and didn't give one. I now have 104 stars for the second time and he still has not given me a star. Any secrets?

You have to go to the arcade, talk to a kid about how he should be playing outside. He'll mention he has sunscreen. Talk to him again and ask about the sunscreen and he'll give it to you. Then take the sunscreen back to the sunbather. When you click to talk to him there should be a conversation available regarding the sunscreen.
