Where are the rest of the tokens?

I don't have enough tokens to play all the games in the Games Arcade. I still need a few. Where do I find
the rest of the tokens? I'd like to know the places of all the tokens, so that I can find the other tokens
that I"m missing.

But I'm bringing that topic on the Level solutions back in the beginning. Just to be sure the new users can see what we had made for them a few months ago!
