Floating Cursor

Can anyone tell me what would cause the cursor to float, it occurs just in wonderland. when i try to move from 1 point to another the cursor just floats, will not take a driect line to the next point.

Mine keeps doing it too, and everything else (movements and such) are juddery. I think it's when my antivirus connects to the internet to download updates, it slows everything down.
