I' ll make videos from levels that have no written solution yet.

But I must replay and learn how to play those levels. Cos I can't remember some solutions for some levels (like Sunken Paths)

More details are coming as soon as I can finish my first video.

Erwin, may I suggest that you post video solutions to levels that there are no written solutions to? In other words if the written solutions in the level's post is working for folks don't bother putting all that hard work into a video. Plus I would guess that those take up a lot of room on the Midnight Synergy server.

BUT when you do find an area that is very difficult for folks a video solution is excellent. If it's a tough area there would be posts already from folks asking for help on a specific level. That would be the place for a video solution.

Then once posted on YouTube or whatever video storage site you'd like to use, you can just put a link to it in that level's post. Make sense?

I think most new players search first for videos. Like some of us veterans asked in the beginning of the WA story.
Then Mark made a few videos.

And finally Patrick made videos but only just enough to finish the game.

I think there are still difficulties on some levels.
The level 'Sunken Paths' has a written solution. But new players still have difficulties with it. I received a PM from a new member that wouldn't post 10 posts anywhere before he replied. And this player wasn't the first to PM me about a written solution level! That also why I would make now vidoes for those level.

I know I created a lot of solutions. It was not hard work. I worked for 2 weeks on most of all solutions (luckily I had holidays) And it was fun to made them. Now I have fun on making videos.

There were a few players who had problems with Brick Buster. I already made a video for this level.

Keep in mind, there are no videos for any Arcade level! And there is no written solution for Crossroad level 1. I find the level too easy and too difficult to explain in words. So I'm going to make a video for that one.

I've already made 3 videos now: Sunken Paths, Brick Buster level 1 and Wakka Wakka level 2.
Wakka Wakka 2: there were again many problems for new players. We, veterans had some serious problems on this one too. I wrote some tips. But there isn't a whole solution made. So why not made a vidoe for it.

I post more details as soon as I have more good results!

I'm also thinking on searching for those old topics where people had a lot of problems. And post the link to my videos there too.

I've just visited Mette's site to see something had changed, but there were no changes. Maybe the server hasn't been moved yet.
So I can't know if 'Chomper Cave' has a written solution or not.

For the other levels: Fire & Ice, Turtle Power, Wakka Wakka 3, Crossroads 2&3 (If you know how to solve level 1, then you can solve level 2 easily, for level 3 you have to know the trick) But hey, it's fun now making videos, so I make the videos for those too!

I played this level with the cursors. That's why you don't see my mouse pointer in the screen!

I uploaded the video Saterday night. A video can be online 8 hours after it's uploaded.

I'm satisfied! I can now upload levels new users may need. Or videos for levels that haven't yet got a solution for. Like Fire & Ice.

Maybe I also make videos for stuff outside the levels.
Like the problem after the red shard.
A player has the red shard, but don't know what he must do next.
Solution is to go to the white gate east from the market place.

OR

the way to the castle to the Lonely Top.
We explained this several times.
But a video could be more.

Remember, I had so much trouble telling where that place was!

The next videos will be posted as a reply on the topic the video was made for.

The first levels have no written solution. It was too difficult to write it. But so easy to make a video.

Cross Roads levels 2
Was really hard to finish without saving! Therefore I only made a partial solution. Sorry!
So for the other 2 stinkers, you are on your own. But it's the same method I used in the video. When 1 stinker is across and into the exit, save your game! When you try it without saving, you can easily get stuck on your last rescue. then you have no current savegame left!

Wonderland Adventures all levels
I guess my written solutions are very good, so expect no videos for these levels from me. I kind of hated them to play and finish these levels. But with a little help of my fellow players here at the forum I succeeded.
