373LIZM - Pirate Quest 17 Bob's Boatyard
Loof-Lad got some treasure from MerMonica.
Now he's off to buy a ship from Bob's Boatyard, so he can set off to rescue Governor Qookie.
This uses a new ship texture and houses which I've made.
The ship model is from Popo - thanks Pauline

and the turtle is from sfseaman - thanks Steve

(hope you don't mind what I've done to it

). Screens from Popo, graphics from me.
PS: Don't bother searching in or behind the houses, there's nothing there but the path through.

This was fun. Mr. Bob kept having problems getting his key to work, that durn coily didn't want to co-operate at times. Had several restarts with this one. The store front looked just like the ones you'd find at the beach.
Mr. Bob should have given our pirate a discount seeing as Loof-Lad had to help get all the gates open and chase the riff-raff out. Loof managed to get shot in the behind with the security Bob had around there more than once.
I bet Bob's had a lot of fun in that methane powered boat, probably wants a whole lot of dubloons for it. I liked the viking boat with the pretty blue sail, I'll bet that Capt. Inger is one heck of a captain. Loof is on his way to earn some more dubloons so he can have the ship he desires. This was great Liz, enjoyed it very much. Thanks.
Maybe Kiki can borrow Bob's boat to go tubing.

Terrific fun Lizzie, I had some problems with the generator, got stuck on the wrong side until I realized I had help
This series is certainly setting a new standard for visuals! Amazing job!
Thanks as always and BTW, sorry to be so dense but what does 'FSH' stand for?

Yowza Matey!!!! Ya wouldn't believe what I was doing with a ton of prisms hehehe

wasted much time messing around with those until the

and I stopped making things so difficult.
Then that pink gate had me looking everywhere until I finally walked over to read your ALWAYS hysterical signs and got my answer about the pink gate hehehe
Brilliant stuff Miss Lizzie! I just love your beautiful work and skilled level making.
Oh, and thanks everyone....you would think that being older would make me smarter? Hmmmm not so today hehehe

Thank-you Liz, I ride a bicycle most of the time, you can generally see what type of FSH it's had!

The beginning had me in a stupor for so long trying to figure out how to get LoofLad out from behind those boulders. THen I had a der DOI! moment.

Why, oh why was I making it so hard?
I almost ran out of time wiaiting for the boat rats to clear a path, but after sitting for 3 minutes watching them bounce, they finally did the job I had planned. Then it occured to me that perhaps that wasn't what you had in mind.

I got rid of the wharf rats thanks to some well placed explosives. Poor Peegue and Loof had a time with the prisms, but finally found the proper way to go. I enjoyed the textures, models and signs. Thanks for all the fun, Liz!

You sure know how to make a level look exciting and inviting!
Messed up the prisms big time, many a time!!!! I had the whole water area by the cannon filled up at one stage
Such fun and most enjoyable to play!
Thanks Mizz Lizzie

What a smorgasboard for the eyes! Loof-Lad had some problems getting to all the treasure, and he really wanted that Banana Boat!

Bob has the nicest Boatyard around!
THanks for the fun!

Argh ... I'm finally through... should've walked the plank instead, it would've been much less painful
As always beautiful scenery, loved the boats for sale, the turtle boat was me favourite
Off to look for more adventure
