I couldn't think of a title  so I just invented some silly-ass name...

Not everyone will know this, but my $28,000,000 contract with Patrick M. forces me to make large and rockhard levels. Fortunately, in small print it says that I cán make smaller levels (in my spare time), provided they are distinctly easier than the other stuff.
Midnight Synergy takes no responsibility for these extra-contractual endeavors...

Have fun!

PS: I sure hope the central idea hasn't been done before...

Hey, that's happened to me too!!!

edit: I can't believe you made an easy level! well easier than your usual offerings. I did have a few restarts reading signs but I just tried again!

Thanks for the fun,

Me three for at least 649 of my levels,

This was fun fun fun to work out Loofah, Loved the center part, Brilliant there!
I too just had to read the signs, Not much of a speed reader so it was try try again for me.
Then I had to get my manual out, Tried to get it read as the sphere rolled by,
Loved the size of this beauty, Thanks for the fun challenge. :D :D :D

Really!? I thought it was a character from a Tennesee William's play.

Just kidding Robyn. Yes we know who Kubrick is. :D

WHOOP-DE-DOOO! I DID IT!
:D 8) :D  :piratelol:  :D 8) :D
I'm so happy to have done a Mahaloof level all by myself.

What a brilliant arrangement with those ice curves and boulders in the middle. Definitely original.

I kept making a mistake with the conveyor buttons and couldn't get out, but once I let nature take its course it turned out just fine.

Getting the bonus coins needed multiple restarts too. And of course I HAD to read that sign!

Thanks for this one Maha - more like this please. Size does matter!

Ya know....I just really don't understand how/where/when to start anything in this level. I mean, I get, I can't, I just, ok, I know that I am a dumb butt, but you just make these amazingly difficult levels.

So Kudos to all of you smart enough to complete Mahaloof's levels!

ps. .....I will take a hint please.....

This was pure genious.... i only figured it out because i got frustrated and decided to walk around.... Really cool effects with the boulders!
Loved that you forgot to remove the text... it took me 3 tries during the coin race.

THANKS!!!

Robyn, you're absolutely right, of course. Stanley Kubrick is n o t some silly-ass name, but my favourite movie director. For all of you innocentos: among others, he made
"Dr Strangelove"
"2001: A Space Oddyssey"
"A Clockwork Orange"
"Barry Lyndon" (at least visually, the most beautiful film ever made)
"The Shining" (*shiver*)
"Eyes Wide Shut"

Like Martin Snodgrass, quite a magician... 8)

No Dizzy, you're not a dumb butt. This level has no clear path at all. If it would have been much larger, it would've been unplayable...
The whole gimmick centers around the middle mystery. Underneath the 4 boulders are 4 timer buttons. But as it is, nothing happens with them, of course. There is exactly 1 explosible to get and you need to use it on that middle section. To get the explosible, you need one of the boulders. But in order to do that, you need to fill up the lava spot first. With me sofar? The first steel cube is obvious, the second is not. In order to find it, you need to use the tramp on the little ice lane. But: you need a bömper first. And it looks a bit greenish. Sort of....
Let me know if more info is needed. Good luck!

Excellent hint! Got all my coins.....not a dang bonus coin but I'll go back for those another time hehehe

This was very cool Mahaloof! I never could have gotten it without your sphere hint.

When some more time has gone by a hint for the bonus coins would be great! Loved the sign too hehehe, just had to go there!

Edit: Ah haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa went back in and fought my way to the bonus coins! I'm still a bit  that I got a Mahaloof level without a complete walkthrough!!!!

Thanks kind Sir!!

Well, well....I was doing all that but never thought about using the sphere as a bumper, but then why not, you can use a cube.....duh
I can get all but 1 of the bonus coins but I'm still working on that.

I enjoyed your signs also, sure like to get a glimpse of this manual your always refering to. I must have lost my copy somewhere along the way.

Thanks mahaloof...........

I'm struggling with having enough time to get all of the bonus coins. Will someone please give me an idea on how to do that?

Anne this is how I did it. Not sure of the exact timing but:
Push the blue sphere down and follow it very closely, going through the 2 right side hidden passages and up to the 3rd one. A second blue sphere is generated and you have just enough time to rush over to the left side hidden passages to get those last 2 coins and exit before the last sphere blocks the exit.
Hope you don't mind Maha! :piratewink:

Thanks for the extra help there, Liz.

Actually, I had been thinking to leave the false walls out of there altogether. But then the slightly existential, zen-like and completely symmetrical 15th century semi-Gothic nature of the architecture would not have come through as it does now. I have no idea what I'm saying, but it's all true!

Thanks to the hint about the green sphere I got this one completed ... sans bonus coins.
So went back a couple of times and after practicing the moves needed so i knew exactly where i had to go and move .. I followed in the blue sphere' shadow and got home with the star :D

Learned today how to start the barrel generator. Once done the rest fell into place somehow. A dangerous dash to the exit and gold was mine.
Thanks, Mahaloof :D

Mahaloof, I am still stuck. I DID however get the barrel out to the middle, but don't know how to blow up that middle section. Maybe there's a trick or glitch, of which I am unaware!?!?

Could you or anybody send me a pm or hint please? I really want to get that gold. I am flat broke right now and the Gold would help out with some bills.

Dear miss Dizzy,

It's not a glitch or a trick. The only place where you can use the explosible is at the corner that you just vacated. Any other place will have less desirable consequences (i.e: you'll blow up!).
This will leave a space in the middle. You could try to get in there yourself, but you're going to face a loooong night trying to get out again... :?
So see if you can find another solution to get things moving in there. Methinks the light will come on soon and then you can enjoy the miracle right before your very eyes... :D :D 8)

Thanks for the hint................I'm going back in.............

I'll let cha know when I'm rich.

EDIT: I'M RICH, I'M RICH!!! (except for a couple of bonus coins, but I know how to do it and I'll get them my pretty)

I was trying to push the barrel into the wrong place on the empty ice circle. (the space to the right of the lil ice patch) Don't EVEN ask me why
I didn't THINK! (not one of my strong traits)  8)

Thanks for having Faith in me Mahaloof darling. This really was a great puzzle. Are you gonna make some more????? I believe in myself so much, because of you, I think I could do another one!!! (I'm going overboard on the Drama.......I'll stop here!)

Well, tis a nice spot, for sure. I hang out there quite often myself...
I believe in myself so much, because of you, I think I could do another one!!!
  Sounds like I turned into Anthony Robbins or something..

I will make more, Dizzybunny. In fact, I made about 20 levels sofar. Half of them are not so good, either too clunky or too hard (or both!! )
But a few are gems. You can try out "Nude with Coffeetable 1", a study of the comtemperary use of scientific principles in 19th century religious Art, hence the title..... Ah heck, it's a puzzle! :? :D
If you don't 'ave my levels  check out Mette's www (Wonderful Wonderland Website)
