It could have been a mistake
Maybe, But the filename has been changed and an explanation hasn't been given.

I doubt it! It is called plagiarism, which means:

to steal and pass off (the ideas or words of another) as one's own : use (another's production) without crediting the source

to commit literary theft : present as new and original an idea or product derived from an existing source

Don't blame him!
He's a new member, and he might have not known that you shouldn't do that. :P

I think it should be a requirement for all new members to read all the rules and stickys, then take a test on what they read and pass it before they can join. He's not the first one to post someone else's level with a different name.

And whether it's in the rules or not, it's just wrong. Clearly not a mistake as well. In order to change a level name you have to load it into the editor so obviously something wrong was going on :!:

Gimme a break, Even as a new member, I knew not to copy or use another's level and pass it off as my own, Plus the file name was changed. :D

Josh:
I agree with the other posters, this is not OK. I think you should apologize to kiki and promise not do this sort of thing again. Once you apologize, I'm sure everyone on this board is willing to "forgive and forget".
