New Level (Advanced)- Monsterland 2

One of my first few levels in Classic was Monsterland. Now we have new monsters, so I've made a "Monsterland 2" - I like Kaboom's idea of including a screenshot of what the level looks like, so I'm including a screenshot of the beginning. PLUS - anyone who has hesitated downloading custom levels/models/houses can see what a difference they make! The models zip file includes LeanDemon's arch, Popo's gazebo and Linky's billboards. You can still play it without the custom models (zip file attached), visual just isn't the same!!!

Hope you like it!!

BTW - I do NOT like any posts with screenshots that require me to scroll right & left - couldn't get it smaller to get the same effect!!!

That looks really effective, Majic, I love those arches. And the billboard introducing the level is a great idea. 8)

Your gazebo is just to the north, but I couldn't fit it all in the screenshot! All these models make such a difference in levels - I just love them. Everyone (not many) who's making them are so talented. Maybe one of these days I get up the courage to try it. I'll have to get my son over to teach me tho, I'm sure!!! I can't imagine learning this on my own!!!

All the models wouldn't mean a thing if it weren't for people like you making levels with them. It takes just as much talent, if not more so, to make good levels. 8) :D

If you want to learn modelling I've still got all LinkyNStoof's PMs that helped me get mine off the ground. I could PM them to you, or I could put them all in a zip file for everyone to read, if Linky doesn't mind.

Oh, I don't mind at all. Though I'm not sure if they're clear and easy enough instructions for everyone, and I'm sure I made a few mistakes there. :? But of course, help's always available via PM if there's anything confusing.

And I completely agree with Popo. As much as I enjoy sharing custom models to the community, it's even better when you see them being used in the various cute and often ingenious ways in actual levels! To that a big thanks to janetgalle, majic1, sfseaman, popo and others who've contributed their wonderful advanced levels to all of us. 8)

I finally got to play this level, majic. Great fun! Thanks. :D I really had to work at this one to finish it, because I kept making such silly mistakes. I can't wait to see your next one.

I agree with last two posts. . .having a hard time keeping up with all the great levels. I love the look of this one, it creates an overall look that feels so "real." I still haven't completed this yet. I get back to it every day or two, but just don't have it all worked out yet.
