Problem getting Purple key to Rainbow pool

Having a problem. I beat the ice level for the blue shard. Checked my inventory and only had orange blue and red...missing the Indigo. From what I read Wysp usually shows up as soon as you collect the the Blue shard but since I only had three of them he never came. So I ventured back into the sewers and it was there, I guess I forgot to pick it up originally, so now I have the first 4 shards, but wysp still never showed up and when I go to see Morklin, they dont say anything.I don't know what to do now to get him to give me the purple key. Any suggestions
