RTW Deluxe Levels: World 2 Level 6

This is for the level titled "Handle with Care!"
I must be blind, because apparently nobody else has asked about this, but where's the green switch?
I swear I've gone over every square of this level and I can't find a green switch anywhere. I've checked the walls every step of the way in case it was hidden; the levels not even all that big so there isn't much to check.
But each time I end up in the same place: all I have left after tripping the yellow switch is to get Stinky thru that green gate & grab the last rainbow coin...
But there's no green switch! How do I get past the green gate?
