The Wonderland Board

I made a new texture called Avatars. I'm just asking what wrong with this texture. The dimensions were 64x64 pixels all JPG files. I've checked everything I do with other textures. But it still doesn't work. Can someone fix this? Here's the texture:

I can't load it either
I try change name but it's still not work
