New Level - (Adv) Stayin' Home

It's been really stressful around here lately. I decided today was a day for stayin' home. So I created a level, changed a texture, created a house, and packed a few models together.

It's an easy level but I got kinda carried away on the design stuff. It won't make much sense if ya don't download all the stuff.

I hope you enjoy! OH and thanks Dizzy and Bob for checkin' out my stuff and your suggestions, I really appreciate that a lot!

Your second homey file has texture files in it, not models. I started playing the level but something was wrong (the sign talked about non-existent trees), so I checked the downloads and-yep-two of them are the same.

Bobbin sweetie - I think your last file is the texture again and not the models xxx

I'll download again tomorrow morning - off to bed now - nite :D

I loved everything about this level...very, very relaxing to play and just beautiful to walk around and check things out! :D

Strolled around in your backyard for at least an hour. 8) Thanks so much for making all this stuff. What wonderful fun, fun, fun! :D :D :D :D

ps. I'm using the 'test' zip files you sent me earlier, so I didn't need to download this one.

Thanks SO much sweets,

Great looking level and fun to play.
I drowned doggie's ball but left a rainbow spirit to play with.
Thanks for the fun :D

Thanks for playing and all of your nice comments :D

I was thinking of making it a kids level but the Bobster gave me a few tips and said it wasn't a kids level. I know when I play all of your levels its nice to have an easy one once in awhile so there ya go :D

And yer all welcome to use any of the stuff in there if you want to. The dog and plants are Popo's and.....uh I ferget who made that adorable little dog JG was that you? The house I made and anyone can use that of course.

Thanks again everyone I'm really glad ya liked it.

Nothing like making a level to "de-stress" Bobbin! :D

This looked wonderful! 8) Well done you! :D Loved the design and the use of models. Your house was coolio! Although I did meet my doom in there having a nosey around  The dangy dawg blew up my equipment and me too!

Lovely and not too hard - many thanks :D

Oooh Robyn! I didn't know you'd made another level, and only found it today. 8)

Everything worked beautifully. I loved the house, the texture and the models.
Fun to play, though Stinky got wiped out in the house once, until I realised what was going on. The dog's ball fell in the water and the rainbow spirit met an untimely demise from the cannon!

Thanks for the fun. You've been really creative. :stinkyhappy:

Very nice Robyn! The whole thing looks beautiful and the idea of a deadly videogame inside the house  You may say that your levels are bad and you may find it hard to solve the Muzozavr and Mahaloof levels, but I probably never can create/design a level like this. It's the question if I ever create any level. :?

It's only those hidden/secret (glitchy may be not the right word 8) ) things are not my style, but that's another story. I thought: I remove the house and the things so I can see what's going on, but it didn't work; Another house and other things appeared instead of. :( So I used the Alt-X keys

I now finally begin to understand what textures are. I thought it's something with text but I see that it's the parts of the floor and the models are the trees and the dog etc. And the whole thing is just to make it look beautiful, (and it does :!: :!: ) but not necessary to play. Am I right? :!:

Yes you're quite right Marinus. The textures are just to make a thing look beautiful, or different, or appropriate to the level. You don't need the texture at all to be able to play the level.

I love new textures and I love making them. For me it makes the game a different experience.

Nice looking level, the texture is very peaceful and easy on the eyes. I was trying to make the level harder than I was thinking it was. Fit right in with all the hard yard work I did this morning. Thanks for the level Robyn.
