Sun Screen - Outside shop

Out side the shop there is a stinker near the waterfall and it says it's a hot day better not stay out too long. If you give him sun screen then he give you a star.
Wheres the sun screen?

A stinker in the Arcade room has it. Read the solution on Mette's site. Cos when you give the sunscreen to that stinker at the Marketplace you'll get a star.

I knew about the star but Mette's guide doesn't help me.
