Help please - MOFI Stalagmite Cave

Having problems getting out - got the first stinker and the 3 bouncy things done to collect gems, now stuck to move on. Help please.

A hint though
You need to bounce one more time. Use your spy-eye if you have it

Ok, spoiler above says use spy eye if you have it. Is it possible to get the spy eye this early in the game? Just tell me yes or no. If I missed it, I'll try to figure it out for myself.
Sorry for the bump. Don't know any other way to reference this post to ask the question.

No, but you can replay the level after you get the Spy-Eye to get the gems.
And don't worry about the bumping - it's fine if you have a legitimate reason to bump.
