When I got the white key, I need floing to stop the spikes on the white button. But I can't get the floing power cos I have no light blue key!
When I brr to the scritter and get the light blue key and I can get floing but then I can't get the white key.
Cos there is no third light blue key to get the third power
Am I missing something here?
Or is there something missing here?

This had me stumped for a long while. You have to plan your mission from the outset. Certain things are gained while doing something else.

I rethought my strategy to brr my way to the scritter and preserving a way back too. I'm now there with still 1 brr left.

I'm behind the spikes and the at the blink gloves
I think I need to put a bubble and blink thru it before blinking to the white button in the north
but I don't know yet where I need to blink to in the bubble.
Yes, that's right. Think back of the Abandoned Fort. Then I got it!!

It doesn't matter where you end up as long as it's somewhere you can stand. As long as you get to the white button before it floings you back you'l be fine.

What's the best brr route to take so I can get back and still have 1 left for the coin? I thought I had it figured out, but I can't get the coin now.

You only need 3 to get there and 3 to get back so you should have plenty left. If you place one diagonally to the left at the start you can walk round diagonally most of the way, then place another one diagonally when you get to the 3 in a sort of V shape, then you need one for the next gap before the bridge. Don't forget to brr behind you at each stage or you won't get back after you've got the pow glove. I placed the brr to get the coin before I got the pow glove, but didn't get the coin until I'd used the pow glove to kill the ice flower, then I was in no danger bouncing back.
If you still can't understand it I'll floing back and do you a screenshot.

When u get the time, u might want to do that. I started out diagonally, but I'm getting stuck after the first 2. I'm gonna go have a look see again, but that is what I figured I had to do, and I got stuck.

WOW! - at last a level I managed to do all on my own for once.
More of these please.
Probably get stuck now on the next level as usual.
