I`m starting from the beginning again as have had to cheat sooo many levels it doesn`t feel good

Anyway am in Kaboom village and have found the obstacle race this time round and also an area east of there where I can see an island with a Flo orb and coins but can`t see how to get to them, any hints please?

I cheated on the obstacle race, I just couldn't get it. The island with orb and coins, you can get those later in the game, so don't worry about them now.

For the Obstacle race (if you Flo back there later)

set off and follow the Kaboom, once in the long stretch area, there`s a spot just before the turn that you can go round and catch him up a bit, trailing the mouse is best but the Stinker will stick behind a wall so readjust to get him moving again, once past there there`s another spot at the entrance to the village where you again can get an edge on him, you should be in the lead here, just keep going straight for the star

Thanks for the hint, I'll try that later as there are several I have to flo back too! Sometimes I just get so feed up, I cheat the level and move on
