how do you make it that a npc moves once you exit its diolog?

Open the dialog file and go to the last dialog interchange (if there's more than one).
Under CMD, set the number as 61. Under Data1, the NPCs' ID number. Data 2 is the X (horizontal) position, and Data3 is the Y (vertical) position.
Hope this helps.

You're welcome.
I'll be able to help with practically everything, so feel free to ask when you need help.

hey! i read this file and i wanted to ask for help but a little different from what he said. it's not really a problem. i'm just wondering if the npc's clothes (hats and glasses) are supposed to not be shown in the editor. if they do, do u know a way to fix that?

No. It only shows up in the game.

and sometimes it's never shown and just gives people an error.
