MOFI - Ice Flower Cave v4

I'm near the gate to the star but the scritter is moving when I get on the path
I'm surely missed something here
but in the adventure with the ice pillars I know I had to freeze the scritter but not how. Now I know it with the help I got.
but here there are no ice pillars so big problem
I copied everything I knew but that will not do it here I know but I don't know how?
Or, where do I need to do something different? And with what?
I've no clue

That makes two of us, Erwin.
I suspect that grows should be put on icepads to reflect the shots, but I have no idea where.

Well, you have to put the icicle at the same place where the ice block is in the "normal" version. Then you can freeze the scritter the same way as back then. It does require pretty fast moves and a good strategy, though, to keep the icicles alive long enough so that you can freeze both the scritter and the Ice Flower before they break.

I thought I might put a grow on ice but thought is wasn't the same spot as the pillar so thought it had to be something else

This is the help I got from Mette, sinse the intended way from Lukas was way too hard on me
SPOILER ALERT:
Can you pass the bridge with 3 FLO's? You need to do that. Put the first two to get the gems and coins, the third you put behind the iceflower, go get the scritter and then get the GROW. Now you'll have enough time

Sorry, you should off course get POW and shoot the barrels before getting the scritter.

My problem was finding where to stand to best achieve your FLO suggestion, before picking up POW ... now, I discovered the place and solved the level. HOORAY! 112 stars

I'm trying it Mette's way too. I found where to put the floing, got the scritter on the button, but can't find where to put the ice flower to reflect back to the scritter.
Hints anyone? 1 ice flower or more, single ice square or multiple?
When I finally get this one, I'll have 112 stars. I inadvertently did 'at the end of it all' out of sequence so of course I'll have to do that one again.
Guess I'll go shoot ice flowers for awhile before bed.

Here's a spoiler for the exact placement of the floing & then later the grow behind the ice flower:
diagonal from the 4 tile ice square, down from the corner closest to the ice flower
Now, if I can just get that intermediate step!

ok, I found it & completed the level.
Here's the spoiler if anybody else comes along & wants it:
the ice flower goes on a single ice tile; the ice tile directly north of the indigo gate. you stand 2 tiles left and one tile back from the where you just placed the ice flower....or two diagonal tiles from the little rock
