I'm just wondering, but is there a cheat code in RTW? I've never heard mention of it anywhere.

Yes there is. See here ... cheat code ... use with caution.

I don't think it's necessary though because you can unlock all worlds in the options menu and then you don't have to complete levels to move on.

I can't make the cheat code work. I only need 1 star to go to the volcano, but am stuck

Where/when do you press that Ctrl F9 ?

You use it in a level. If it doesn't work, try unlocking your F keys first, which I don't know how to do. Scroll Lock?

That cheat code was for RTW.
The WA cheat code is: (Warning don't read unless you relly need to!)

Let's say I'm on the lighthouse and want to go for the Volcano.

Dlcs18, Stinkyloof is talking about WSW and AJ was talking about RTW.

You use Ctrl F9 when you enter a level, Stinkyloof.

OK, I went on Ocean View Harbour. Pressed Ctrl F9 - got message Level Cheated - but when trying to cross to Fire Island I got the usual message "you don't have enough stars"

How many do you need and how many do you have?

Oh! Because of course I had done that level so I can't cheat it! I cheated "Clearing a Path" which was totally impossible to me!!!

Yeah. If you do a level you already did, you don't get another star. You have to do or cheat a level you haven't done.
