Patrick - HELP - Can't send attachments in PMs!!!!

I keep getting messages telling me I have reached the maximum file size for attachments in PMs every time I try to send an attachment. It says I should delete some attachments before trying again. The thing is - I don't have any attachments to delete, my attachment box is empty!! It is also telling me that the person who I'm sending the attachment to has too many attachments in their folder, but they have told me that their attachment box is nowhere near full. What's going on?
These are the messages -
<<Sorry, but the maximum filesize for all Attachments in your Private Message Folder has been reached. Please delete some of your received/sent Attachments.

Just logged in an sent myself a msg with an attachment - no problems.
How big is the file you're trying to send? There is a size limit (forget what it is right now, about 800 kb I think).

It was about 250kb. I tried 3 times, kept getting the same message. Could it have been because the other persons attachbox was too full to take another 250kb?
I'll try again and see what happens.

No I still can't do it, I'm getting the same messages. I've only tried to send them to one person so it must be because their attachbox is too full to receive my attachment. It is 282kb btw.

I just emptied my Inbox, and attachment box, try sending it to me as see what happens.

I'm getting these messages every time I try to send an attachment. I can send PMs but not with attachments.

Something weird on your system then - since I was able to send an attachment no problem. Try it from a different computer (library?) and see what happens.

Don't have a different computer to try it on at home and if I went somewhere else I wouldn't be able to try sending that particular attachment as it is in My Documents on my own computer. It may be a problem with that particular attachment. I'm past caring now.

Actually that happened to me a couple of times when I tried to send attatchments in a PM also. Same messages.
