I had to resize this texture for it to show up because my graphic card is different. Please resize to 64x64.
textures...64x64
backgrounds 128x128

I did, but on paint every time I select 64 pixels it gets smaller if i do the same thing again it gets even smaller, i don't think its meant to do this I think its just supposed to get smaller then stay the same next time I do it!
I am confused

I can post it for you if you'd like. I use a program called irfanview from
www.irfanview.com it's free and simple to use
64x64 is pretty small
