100 stars and stuck on loopys secrets, help please

I've got loopys clues and 100 stars but don't know how to find loopys secrets. I've tried standing on the "clock with 12 faces" but nothing happens. I am also 1 stone key short so can't get all the gems and coins, I've looked everywhere two or three times and sending myself dizzy. Please help

You need to play the rainbow levels too. There you'll get items needed to use on the clock.
The key is nearby any of the levels you've played, if you found them all.
