HELP!!!!! How do you download custom levels?

I need help. I've tried EVERYTHING! No matter what I do, I can't seem to download any levels. I did what the instructions said. I clicked download and made sure the file name didn't match. It just won't work!
Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong!!!

Are you downloading them from the board or from Mette's site?

If you still haven't got it, have you put it in the wonderland custom
levels file?
