If its the internet, then I have opened a new one.
If its not then please tell me what it is.
Its still not working
The browser is indeed the program you use to go on internet. In my case it's Internet Explorer. There are also Firefox or Google Chrome and probably many others.
What program do you use to go on internet?

Those links worked because the slash is right.
Thanks!

Basically, URLs use / rather than \ as the path separator. (This is due to their origins in UNIX-like systems.)
URLs are not supposed to contain \ at all - unless it is encoded as %5C, in which case on most servers it will be treated as just another character in the filename, not a directory indicator. This seems to be what Firefox does if \ is placed in a URL.
However, Internet Explorer apparently replaces \ in the URL with / - this is presumably because it was designed for Windows where \ is used as the directory separator, and so people kept typing \ in the URL.
Thus a URL containing \ will behave differently on Internet Explorer and Firefox.

Thanks for the explanation Chrise. I knew there are some tokens that are not accepted in a URL; such as a space has to be a %20 if I'm right. However, a \ never can be in a filename, for the reason you just gave, it's used for folders on a local computer.
Therefore, when I copied and pasted the links which contains a \, probably Windows automaticly replaces the \ into a /. So I never saw a \ in those links, not even in the statusbar at the bottom of IE.
