How do you get things big?

How do you get monsters bigger? I've downloaded levels where Chompers and scritters are Big(Emerald141's "Chompers of the Void" and CatHat's "The UFOs."). How do you get them to be big and Small?
(Some Objects don't have the thing to make them Big or small, Chompers and Scritters included.)
P.S. I have downloaded Cbloopy's things to replace things in the ObjectPresents folder and make them have texturenames, but it doesn't make them be able to be Big or small.
So, Emerald, how did you make the Chomper Void King so big?
