How to make adventure stars?

Hi
I have heard and seen adventure stars but don't know how to get them. I can't find the post(s) with them.
Can someone help?

A lot of people have problems with this. And they all got the same answer-
"Look in 'The Ultimate Hex-editing topic'"
If you can't find it I'm sure someone else will post a link to the page that it's on.

Look for Cbloopy's attachment (I'm not sure about Qloof's one). But how to make use of this? I could explain, but I can't really be bothered right now. Sorry...

Mine isn't actually a real genuine Adventure Star - Mine is just an emulation of it, not the real thing.
