Your right it doesn't.
Just a possibility: Perhaps he/she wants the thing in WA that is in the level just after you unlock POP magic that has water everywhere so you can't see the ground.

OK right click the watertex button in the editer, a sign should appear
saying "enter costom watertex filename here" then wright the file name
of the watertex and press enter.
(if you want to download it please reply and I will try to explain how to
download costom water texture

OK, I am not sure if this will work, (but it worked for me)
so click the download button on whatever watertexture you want to
download save the file, then extract the file into "WA Editor v096\User Data\Custom Content\Textures" and "WA Editor v096\Data\LevelTextures"
ps this does not work for waterfalls

Unfortunately that is exactly what he was asking about.
I just tried putting a TextureName option into the waterfall wop, but it doesn't seem to work. I still just get the normal blue texture.
