Well, to be exact, it's possible to make the game load a cutscene. Remember the falling stars? Yeah.

However, it's impossible for us to edit cutscenes without basic comprehension. All we know is that A) cutscenes take place in .wlv levels, and B) they're initiated by a CMD.

Not much to go on, is it?
