Thanks for the Wonderland Illustrations Patrick. I'm sure they will get a lot of use.

I was amazed at what's been going on in the WA Editor section. I haven't looked in there for a looooong time. There a some very clever people out there. Maybe it's time to set them on permanently.

I can wait as long as it takes for the next WA to come out. I'd rather wait a long time and it be great than you try and cobble something together quickly and it turn out a bit disappointing.

:D :D

I found the Wonderland Illustrations my favorite part of the issue. :D I'm sure, like Popo said, that they will be used a lot on here.

Lots of interesting stuff here, and to be honest I want to go play Pac-Man now, and I didn't even watch the video.

As for Peegue's Puzzles... I think I might have the answer to number 1.
If Stinky takes 10 coins at the start, then (provided that he thinks his next moves through) he should be guaranteed to win.
Round 2 I honestly have no idea, and I haven't thought about Round 3 yet.

25-10=15.

Loof takes 4, leaving 11.
Stinky will now lose no matter what next move he does.

So, no, 10 isn't the answer.

Let's see...

For Stinky to take the last coin and win, when Loof takes a certain number of coins, Stinky should be able to take away a number of coins, such that the total number of coins taken away in that round is 11.

In the first round, there are 25 coins. Stinky should create a situation where the number of coins is a multiple of 11 to guarantee a win. Hence, he will take 3 coins. With 22 coins left, whatever number of coins Loof takes, Stinky can ensure that after he finish taking, there are 11 coins left such that when Loof cannot get the last coin, he can. Similarly, in the second round, Stinky should remove 8 coins to ensure a win.

In the third round (where Stinky starts first), Loof must place coins with a multiple of 11, and this number must be between 30 and 40. The only possible number is hence 33.

Wow. I didn't think it could be solved with such a simple answer.

...You might want to either delete it or put it in a spoiler... :P

I am not much of a spatial thinker, so these puzzles look like a confusing mess to me.

Well, you could ask Patrick to include a demo of your game on the next issue.

By the way, when is the next issue going to come out?
