Does that mean you can take MP3s of music from random videogames, turn them into .ogg files, and put them into the WA Editor music folder for use in the WA Editor?

Yes, but they can only be added into levels by Hex-Editing.

Use a mp3>ogg converter.

i don't understand it at all.

i don't know how to get mofi music in wa editor to work. are mofi oggs different than editor?

You can't change the music above the default ones in the editor. You have to Hex-Edit your .wlv files to get that to work.
