I hope I'm in the right place. Bob roest said I was in the wrong place because I was giving intentions.

Anyway here's a trailer to one of my projects, Wonder Portal. the URL is here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LXrlXBuho4I I don't know if its okay. If it's not, sorry! I'm new to this kind of stuff. Kiki and Liz Mayhew knows that I'm new so you don't have to tell them. And YES the loof guy is making the Quantum Tunnel game for Wonderland Adventures. I knew about it while making Wonder Portal. But my version is different because I have a 3d view on all levels. I know this is too much. sorry! I'm kinda nervous what I will pick up in a few days. so PLEASE correct me if I make mistakes.

For Emerald141: If I did it again which I'm not supposed to, that was a misunderstanding. I'll give a reply to ALL my topics if I mess up again.

For Bob Roest: I didn't find your link. But I hope this spot is okay

For Kiki: I can give you a non 3d pack if you're interested in Wonder Portal and if I'm done. That goes to all other players who hate 3d mode

First of all: audio quality in your video... sucks.
Second: WOW, the levels look great, especially the textures. Visually it's as close to Portal as you can make it. RTW can't look completely like Portal anyway.
Third: I'm waiting for this. :D

Excellent trailer. But the audio quality is fine. Perhaps your settings on your computer were offset, Muzozavr?

thanks guys. I quoted blink only because I don't know how to quote multiple. I don't know if it's possible. Is it?

Anyway I'm currently working on the last level before making the models. Believe me, the models will be awesome! :D But I may not. If I can't, I'll just release the pack until I find a way to make my own models. Then I'll make a v2 which includes the models if I find a way.

And if you didn't see my trailer description, it said the levels will look differently than the trailer as no models were put in.

I hope I didn't screw up. I have less experience for discussion boards, remember to help me out!

Just re-checked: the audio quality is fine when you're listening on lower volume, then you don't hear the audio clipping. BUT: this is OK, since the trailer itself looks great, and the levels look promising. I'm looking forward to the release. :D

My custom levels textures are not working.

I'm currently working on my Wonder Portal pack. I'm done all the levels and working on the models. I made a model and added the texture. But the game said they couldn't find the texture. the texture was in JPG format. it was working perfectly on my old computer. What's wrong?

pls help!

Some video cards can't handle "oddly sized" textures. All tiles in your texture MUST be square and the size of "power of 2" (256x256 for instance, is fine) for all video cards to work with it.

It's also possible that you misplaced it when transferring from computer to computer.

thanks. It's now working and I've made the models up to testchamber 11. I'm also going to include a GlaDOS model (the robot girl thing in Portal). It's going to turn out great.

It would be interesting to compare the RTW Portal and the WA Portal (Qloof's ones)

Well portal is a easy and popular game by Valve. In the game you use the "Aperture Science Handheld Portal Device" Which you can use to create portals on walls, celings, and floors. As long as the surface is not metal. You use the portal device to complete physical puzzles like carrying a cube or direct an energy pellet to a catcher using portals. Type "portal gameplay" on youtube (without quotes) and hopefully some gameplay videos of portal will show up. And to avoid making my Portal pack for RTW look too similar to features in Portal, I changed some stuff. (that may be off topic. sry)

Looks fun, but not as fun as Wonderland.
