I hope i posted this in the right place???

I ordered the game collection on easter weekend and I still haven't received it yet?(I live in canada):shock:

Edit: Oh yeah, It was shipped on easter monday if that helps?

Is this normal?

two other things, is there a tracking number, and what is it shipped with snail mail, fed ex, ups, etc...?

Also, where do you live?

Shipping is from North Carolina. Cross-border can take a while sometimes, especially these days.

If you live in Europe, the volcanic ash now makes air traffic stop, so it might take more time.

why you can purchase game collection and send to europe and you won't purchase and send one game to europe?

Why can the CD be shipped to Europe, but not the downloadable games?

no. i am trying to say something much other than that.

They will send it to Europe. It just takes a really long time to get there.

I got the disc!!!!
But I have a problem???
The wonderland test game gives me an error and i can't play!

I don't want to put to much info because not everyone has the collection...but anyway.
when i try to load the test game it gives me an error and it exits(asks me to push escape but it's the same thing)

I'm running Vista 64bit!
Here's what I tried:
1.Changing the compatibility mode to XP
2.Trying all the options 1,2,3 for when It asks about what model to use or something
3.Using the zipped version and the install

I'm pretty sure that's everything I tried! But it still won't work...

Any Help Patrick...anyone?

Because none of the other games are available on discs by themselves (as far as I know, correct me if I'm wrong).

That error means what it says. It couldn't load the animated texture for the conveyor on flag 1.

No, that won't work either. It's a video card problem. It means that your video card can't load textures that aren't powers of 4 (e.g. 64, 256, 128, etc.). The only way to fix this is to try it on another computer.
