The Wonderland Board

Is it possible to hex-edit edited models from the RTWP editor like some of the stuff from wonderland screenshot edits?
I really really really wish MS added all of that in the editor...

You can't make new stuff for RTW. You'll just have to work with what already exists, like the Metatiles.
