Why can i buy the whole MS collection and it would go to europe,
but if i try buying a single game, it cannot go to europe.
Why?

The MS Collection is the only thing we sell on CD. Shipping is worldwide.
If you buy a single game, it just comes downloadable, so you can also get it in Europe (you just don't get a cd in the mail).
So I guess I'm not sure what your question is, but the answer is: You can get it in Europe, too.

But when i try to buy single games, near the box saying land (or region, forgot name of box but it is for lands), there are some small letters saying
"USA and canada only" or something like that.

There is a phone number for USA / Canada, and a phone number for international, if that's what you mean.

Disks are optional, i believe.
