But scince Disney terminated my 115 or something like that laffer, I don't feel like playing anymore.

That doesn't make any sense to me. If you say "Welcome to the forum" (the first time) it depends on who was already on the forum, and who joined later. But if you say "Welcome back" (the second, third,.... time) to someone who left the forum for a while and then returns, it doesn't make any difference when you or the other person joined the forum the first time.
