Off for a week for a contest - I won!

At my school's library, they are having a contest called Harry Potter 7 Read-a-Thon. In this contest we have to read books and stuff as much as we can in a Week. This starts on the 12th and ends on the 19th.
The class with the highest average minutes of reading will go to a private movie theatre with free popcorn and pop and see Harry Potter Deathly Hallows Part 1. The same prize goes to the highest male and female who read the most in each grade. As well as five randomly selected students who participate in the contest.
There are other prizes too. There can be a movie poster to be won by the teacher's decision. And a randomly selected person in a grade will also win a Prize pack with a HP7 Shirt, hat, key chain, and i-phone skin.
I'm gonna participate in this contest. I'll mostly be reading Books from "Series of Unfortunate Events" from the library (I'm interested in them), my Super Mario Galaxy game guide, and my Play Station magazine. I'll be using most or ALL of the time I've got to read the books and, hopefully, win! Wish me luck!

Well I'm back! The read-a-thon is almost finished so I'm taking a little break. I used all of my free time this week reading, reading, reading. I've acumilated more than
5000 minutes and it seems like I'm going to win! I think they'll announce the winners tomorrow since it ends that time.

Today I won an HP7 official movie poster for reading ten times more than my teacher
. Soo many of these posters hung around my library during the read-a-thon.
Monday is when the winners are announced for the HP7 prize pack and the private screening of it. And it could be me!

Don't you think it's possible that other people have also been reading non-stop and might have more minutes than you?

It's monday but today actually wasn't when the winners were announced. But my teacher gave chocolate bars to the participants who got more reading minutes than her. So I don't know when the winners are announced.

I WON THE GRAND PRIZE!
And I was the one who read the most in the whole school! Now they said the private screening of HP7 with free popcorn and pop is scheduled for next thursday. After I see it. I'll give some feedback of it.

I forgot to say that the people who won the grand prize gets to go to Warner Bros Pictures in Toronto (I live near there) to see HP7 Part 1, not any normal movie theatre. that's what I did yesterday! I wasn't expecting Warner Bros Pictures to be small and quiet when we got inside. The theatre was small too. They put up the movie whenever we were ready. We got to pickup canned pop before the movie and they were passing down popcorn during the movie. We would go for popcorn seconds but that's during the movie. I didn't want to miss a small bit of the movie just to get popcorn because this is an awesome movie! There were some scary suprising bits of it though. But still epic. That's it I guess.
