I kind of came up with stuff for this adventure on the fly by forcing ideas out of my idea-less mind. It still turned out good, though.
Requires my Music Pack which can be found at

I use a converter.

This is probably the most confusing part of the level. Talking to him and forcing him to various places is necessary to activate all the timer buttons correctly.
Saying "I can get to that blue button faster than you!" sends Mr. Zurkon running towards the blue button. If you're directly below him and he's at the top of the level, he will have to take the long way around since you're blocking the path. Be careful, when Mr. Zurkon steps on the blue button, all the blue gates will raise and may end up trapping you!
Saying "Boo!" Sends him running back to his original position. Again, if the quick path is blocked by you, he'll have to take the long way around.
Using these hints, here is the intended way to solve the puzzle:
Step 1: Make sure Mr. Zurkon is at the Northwestern part of the platform formation (it should be his original position when you enter the room). Stand one tile below him and talk to him, saying you can get to the blue button faster. Once Mr. Zurkon begins running, head South and step on and off the blue button once Mr. Zurkon passes the green timer button. This should keep the blue gates lowered with you on the same platform as he is.
Step 2: Stand one tile above Mr. Zurkon. Say "Boo!" and once again he'll try to take the long way since you're blocking the short way. When he gets on the Southeast platform, step on the blue button again to lock him on the platform. Wait for the green timer button to run out.
Step 3: Hit the buttons (the timers) in this order: Green, blue, then red. This should send Mr. Zurkon running, opening the orange and yellow gates, as well as you opening the green and red gates yourself. Quickly walk through the gates and collect the coin. The green timer button on the coin platform should hold the green gate open for long enough. You should barely make it.
Congratulations on beating the hardest part of the level!
If it's still confusing then I'll make a video walkthrough of it.

Which one?
Well, let's see... I got the coin from the Chomper race...
The one from Mr. Zurkon's race... (after seeing the solution for it, killed Mr. Zurkon a second time, then after failing this part a third time I got through the gates on my first try!

)
The one from the lower transporter puzzle...
And the one from the timed quiz.
By fifth coin I'm talking about any other coin that can possibly be obtained in this adventure, as I don't know how to get another.

The one you need is in the dark tent behind the red gate. Head South, dodging the Spikeyballs and you'll eventually reach it.
