What happens when you email MS about the editor (no offence)

Me (stupidly confused about a MS newsletter about WA's development): How do I get the Wonderland Adventures Editor?
MS: There is none.

Months later....
"We are very proud to announce the release of the first version of the Wonderland Adventures Editor designed and compiled for use within the Wonderland player community. Wonderland Adventures players can now design and create their very own adventures and share them with other Wonderland players. The editor options are vast... you can create simple puzzle levels or complex multi-level adventures, complete with non-player characters and dialog structures."
derp. :P

So you're saying that it's strange that he told you that there was no editor when at the time, there was no editor?

Yes, you are so dumb. Maybe you must be given special attention on your eyes. You have myopia or hypermetropia or both eye defects. No wonder you don't read properly :x

Was there any mention of WA editor in that newsletter?

A screenshot of the current editor. As you can see, the editor itself is in 3D and gives you the ability to zoom and move the camera around the level. It's not quite 'what-you-see-is-what-you-get', but close. Given the insane flexibility of the editor - pretty much everything can be customized - it's not clear yet how steep the learning curve for new and inexperienced users will be. This is an issue we will continue to work on.[/img]

Well, there still was no editor at the time.

Did you mention anything about the newsletter when talking to him?

No.

OK, so, there was no editor at the time, and he said there wasn't when you asked him. If you mentioned the newsletter in your message, he probably would have said something like "It is not out yet." instead. Seeming as you didn't, his answer seems logical to me.

anyone has the older wa editors?

Alright... And the point of this topic is...?

Ahem, there's an editor now, and there will be an updated editor in the future. Deal with the waiting and quit complaining.

There's already been one fight in this topic already. I suggest we leave this topic now before anything else happens because, from what I can tell, this topic is pointless and people just want the updated editor already. Plus you guys are arguing about something that's already came out... Again, pointless argument.

There is an update for editor, ms posted the update.
So, if you didn't update your editor, you have the old editor.

I don't think MS updated the site-stored editor.
Now stop asking questions i won't ever think about.

MS first wrote the game engine, the editor and decided the save format of adventures before he started designing levels.
