MOFI Abandoned box factory help?

In the Retroworld game Abandoned Box Factory, I get into the section with the turtles at the very lowest left-hand corner, get them into the water, then the green gate goes up and doesn't go back down. I can't figure out where the button is that's doing that. I've watched the video on the Nutters page, but it just shows the gate going up, then down again. What am I missing?
P. S. Forgive me if this has been addressed somewhere else on the forum. I did a search but couldn't find this topic.

Technos made an easy solution (or not easy?) for that adventure if i remember.

I think there is an inverted (hidden) timer button in the upper right of the room the 2 turtles are circling around in.

I always thought the Inv meant invisible, oh well.
